He was on time for pickup and also made sure we were able to cover all locations correctly Booking coordinator sent multiple quotes based on plan changes and was very helpful. Price was increased by 500 to add a stop for shopping which couldn’t be done because of delay in Jaganath Temple. Would be helpful if 500 is reduced in price

The entire experience from booking cab to drop was very smooth. Jyoti, who supported with all queries from beginning and Samir, the driver partner were very courteous and professional since beginning. The best part is 'digital payment' were promoted which avoided typical issue of argument with driver at end of the ride. I would definitely recommend Patra Tours to anyone visiting Puri/Odisha, highly professional and reliable.
