The entire experience from booking cab to drop was very smooth. Jyoti, who supported with all queries from beginning and Samir, the driver partner were very courteous and professional since beginning. The best part is 'digital payment' were promoted which avoided typical issue of argument with driver at end of the ride. I would definitely recommend Patra Tours to anyone visiting Puri/Odisha, highly professional and reliable.
