It was a very good experience....I am sharing my honest review as I booked traveller for 3 days..but I received sml coach as traveller was not available on that committed day...but company provided us coach without any extra cost as commitment and complimentary service... I went through various travel agency but it was really good... Also I would like to mention that at puri station we faced some harassment as tourist but patra travels suddenly took action and police report registered and on the same day...the culprits came and asked for apologies.... Whenever I'll be there I must booked your travel... Itzz a 10/10 service... At last I want to pay a small tip to the driver who was there for 3 days with us...but he denied ..and I liked his honesty in such a greedy world..
