Day 01 COCHIN – MUNNAR

After arriving at Cochin, meet and greet with our Representative at Cochin Airport and transfer to Munnar. Munnar is a picturesque hill station situated in the eastern part of Kerala; lush green-carpeted tea and coffee plantations surround it. The beautiful landscapes, cozy weather, and the smell of tealeaves make Munnar one of the most sought-after destinations in South India. Munnar is situated near the Anaimudi Peak, the highest peak in the Western Ghats. After reaching Check-in hotel. Rest of the day is at Leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 02 MUNNAR – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Munnar visiting the Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Old Munnar Town and the town market. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 03 MUNNAR – THEKKADY

After breakfast drive through spice gardens to Thekkady. On arrival Check-in hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure or take an optional Boat Cruise in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary(Boat Cruise on own cost). Thekkady houses one of world’s most fascinating natural Wildlife Sanctuaries. A visit to Periyar provides you the opportunity to see wildlife at close ranges, besides the varied vegetation and a wide variety of birds. Lying at an altitude of 700-1900 m above sea level, Periyar has a cool and comfortable climate. Out here, you can also go for treks and mountain walks or visit spice plantation or elephant rides or enjoy boat ride at Lake Periyar (On direct payment basis). Overnight stay at Thekkady.

Day 04 THEKKADY - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Kick start the day with some yoga followed by a scrumptious breakfast. Later in the day soak in the strong aromas at the spice plantations, learning about the varieties of spices and enjoy other activities in the resort.

OR You can enjoy the morning with a Boat Ride at the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (On Own on Direct payment Basis) where you get a chance to see the herd of elephants that descend down to the lake, other intriguing and rare species of animals dwelling in the sanctuary include the Sambar Deer, Nilgiri Tahr, Wild Pigs, Nilgiri Langur, the highly endangered Lion-Tailed Macaque, Small Travancore Flying Squirrel, Stripe-Necked Mongoose, Nilgiri Marten and if lucky even a Tiger & proceed for spice plantations visit (On Own). Overnight stay at Thekkady.

Day 05 THEKKADY – COCHIN

After breakfast, Check-out from hotel. Drive to Cochin and transfer to Airport/Railway Station for your return journey back home with wonderful memories.
