Welcome to Matheran & Nasik. With the 05 Days Matheran & Nashik Tour Package you will be able to explore the majestic hill station of Matheran and embark on the spiritual site of Nashik. Maharashtra, the western state of India houses some of the appealing hill resorts of the country as well some famous holy pilgrimage sites. Matheran is known as the land of mysticism, encompassed by geographical splendour and inspiring cultural practices, these hill resorts are tucked away in the lush green Sahyadri mountain ranges. This hill station is the discovery of British rulers and had used them as a summer resort. They loved spending most of the time here, during the scorching summer season. However, Nashik, on the other hand, is a religious city and is renowned for accommodating one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. Soak in the spiritual aura of this holy site and enjoy the scenic landscapes of Matheran during the tour.
In this Tour Package consisting of 04 Nights & 05 Days, we are offering a completely Customised tour of Matheran & Nasik. For our Guests convenience and to experience a smooth and hassle free tour we have segregated the entire tour into the following parts: i.e. 02 Nights in Matheran & 02 Nights in Nasik.
This Tour Package includes food, hotel stay, all pick-up and drop transfers from Airport, all transfers from hotel to hotel and all Sightseeing tours as mentioned in the Itinerary.
In the morning, leave from Mumbai and proceed towards Matheran. Upon arrival in Matheran, take a horse/ hand cart/ walk to the top. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. In the afternoon, take rest and go for a walk in the evening. Stay overnight at the hotel in Matheran.
Post breakfast, set out on a full day sightseeing tour and cover the 12 points. Here you have also options for valley crossing and other activities. Stay overnight at the hotel in Matheran.
Post breakfast in the morning, leave by road from Matheran and get transferred to the hotel in Nashik. In the afternoon, explore the sights and sounds of Nashik. The places that you will visit include Ramkund, the bathing tank in the heart of Nasik’s old quarters, where hundreds of pilgrims arrive daily to bathe and pray. Other places that you will visit include the Kala Rama Temple, which is just a short walk uphill, east of Ramkund. By evening, return back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Post breakfast in the morning; embark on a full-day sightseeing tour to the famous Trimbakeshwar Temple. Trimbakeshwar is one of the most sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. The waters of the Godavari River run into the Gangadwar bathing tank, whose waters are said to have the power to wash earthly sins. You can also try making the 4 hour return hike to the Brahmagiri Hill. By evening, return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, Check-out from hotel and transfer to Mumbai Airport/Railway Station for your return journey back home with wonderful memories.
